- Returns are not allowed to international shipment (whether sourced or shipped abroad the KSA).

If you wish to return the order fully or partially it is possible only while the courier is still at your doorstep. After he departs, you have 7 days period to contact our Customer Service Team and initiate the return process on condition of not been used and it is in the original boxing.
The refund value will be returned to the card account used less any fees or commissions have been truncated by the service providers of the cards on the process. This amount can be shown / reflected in the card account within a maximum period of up to a month, depending on the speed of bank procedures source card.
