For any orders to be shipped outside Saudi Arabia, respective customer need to register as a Mkena customer and activate his/ her account by applying the verification )OTP code( received on their registered emails (customers may require to check their Spam and/or Junk mail folders to if the verification mail did not make it to their Inbox for any reason.
Additionally, customers should open an “Aramex Shop and Ship” account, where their orders will be shipped using that account under their own responsibility. You can simply do that by clicking on the link below and following the instructions.
Once you register in Aramex Shop and Ship you will have virtual address in Saudi Arabia, please use this address in Mkena as shipping address and your order will be shipped to this address. Once your shipment been received by Aramex Shop and Ship it will be forward to your country address.
Aramex Shop and Ship charge will be paid directly by the customer.
Important Note: It is the sole responsibility of customers to make sure that the correct part number is ordered since international shipments are not covered under any return/exchange options. Mkena not responsible for any custom charges or taxes in other countries, it is sole responsibility of customers.

The reason of that we use Aramex shipping provider inside Saudi Arabia and it is required to call customer before delivery thus they will call Aramex Shop & Ship to confirm, otherwise they will not deliver and they can not call international phone number.
